Bookings
Booking is essential. This helps us to manage numbers, plan activities and make sure each family gets the most out of their time with us.
If money’s an issue, please do reach out & we can negotiate a reduced fee.
Parent Pack forms only need to be completed once before attending 1st session.
You can book:
Sporadically or ad hoc sessions.
Book blocks of 12+ sessions. You can also book this bi-weekly to attend every other week. We recommend this option as it’s in- line with the Long- term forest school principle. You can also enjoy 15% off when you book this way. Please request this discount code via email.
Siblings attending at the same time receive a 12.5% discount. Paste code SIBLINGS at the checkout. All under 5’s must have a space booked and be supervised by their parent throughout the session.
* Important Info *
We must receive completed Parent Pack forms before you attend your 1st session. These can be found under the ‘Policies & Forms’ tab. You only need to do this once. If you need any help completing these, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Parents/guardians must stay on site for the duration of the session.
Sessions are non- refundable, however they can be rescheduled if you are unable to attend the session you booked (unless it’s less than 12 hours in advance).
You can leave the session at any time.
Siblings 0-2 years can attend for free, providing they are supervised throughout the session by their parent or carer. We can only supervise 5+. (0-2 years cannot use tools while on site).
If you’d like to discuss anything prior to the sessions, please reach out to Hattie via email or phone.
